Jacqueline is a Registered Social Worker and workplace trauma response specialist with a deep understanding of the people and relationships. Historically her work has focused on supporting researchers, post-secondary professionals in academic environments, and educators in school board settings.
She has more than 30 years of experience working closely with each individual client to help them identify their strengths and barriers to growth, including feelings of overwhelm that are a large component of our modern lifestyle. .

She has additional training in Narrative Therapy, an approach to psychotherapy with a focus on the stories we tell ourselves that shape our future paths.
Jacqueline is a trusted psychotherapist in the field and esteemed by her colleagues, and we are very pleased to work with her in her role as West Coast Lead.

Dilnawaz Qamar
Registered Psychotherapist

Dilnawaz has a curious, gentle, and inquisitive spirit. As former lecturer, she is an astute, lifelong learner with interests ranging from psychology to cooking techniques. She offers psychotherapy in Urdu, Hindi, Punjab, and English.
She obtained a graduate degree in Applied Psychology and a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Counselling and Psychotherapy from Punjab University in Lahore, Pakistan. Additional Dialectical Behavioural Therapy certifications are from Toronto’s Centre for MindBodyHealth and the Gottman Institute.

Megan Mantle

Megan provides psychotherapy for corporate professionals that face unique daily challenges in work cultures built around high performance and compensation. Associates, partners, and consultants benefit from her expertise in their industries to identify and overcome barriers to personal and professional growth.

Megan had the opportunity to collaborate with healthcare professionals in Emergency Departments across the GTA where she served thousands of clients with mental health concerns as a Crisis Intervention Specialist from 2012 to 2022. Her additional training includes risk assessment specialization for suicide and self-harm.

Kaitlyn Yarlasky

As a dedicated medical professional, do you think you need the help of a therapist to stay healthy? Kaitlyn can support you, and her expertise is working with healthcare members and teams.
Kaitlyn is a bright and highly-engaging person who has supported healthcare workers since March 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Kaitlyn believes that every client’s struggle is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution, so she uses various tools to guide her clients through difficult circumstances involving ethical dilemmas and vicarious trauma.
Kaitlyn holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Western University and has participated in additional training to support medical teams.

Gillian Young

Gillian helps clients prioritize for today. She asks “what can we begin to work on in this session in order to move closer to achieving your goals for tomorrow?” ​Her style is highly forthcoming and genuine.
Gillian has supported people with mental illness and addictions issues for 22 years, ​including over 10 years of experience working in emergency department services where she has supported clients and their families who have experienced trauma, grief, domestic violence, homelessness, and chronic health issues.
Gillian is additionally trained as a Trauma Affiliate in support of people who experience critical incidents including sudden death, high risk termination, and bank robbery. Additional roles include 15 years of program management (outpatient, inpatient, and anxiety programs) at Toronto’s Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.
Recently Gillian co-developed a complete mental health program using CBT for the Glenn Gould School of Music, where she frequently witnesses students make changes and thrive in a high-pressure environment.
We are very grateful for her willingness to share her extensive knowledge and experience with our Workhorse team and hard-working clients.

Sam Miller

Sam is a Registered Psychotherapist and workplace trauma response specialist with a keen understanding of the psychology of business and the workplace and more than 25 years of experience providing services to organizations and their employees.
​
He works closely with each client to help them identify and understand the psychological impact of workplace stress and traumatic incidents and then develop plans, protocols, and training to support employee well-being and aid in their recovery.
​
Sam is a trusted advisor and an engaging speaker. He has delivered workshops, seminars and counselling services to an impressive and diverse array of organizations, including Veterans Affairs Canada, Health Canada, Toronto Police Services, Bell Canada, TD Bank, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Ontario Power Generation, Ontario Caregivers’ Organization, Royal Canin, British Airways, York University, and Honda, as well as various municipalities and Ontario government departments and agencies.
