WORKHORSE HEALTH: PRIVACY POLICY 2022

First, our psychotherapist assistant connects you with a psychotherapist based on your concern, your field of work, and clinician preferences. For example, you may prefer a male psychotherapist who delivers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for legal professionals struggling with anxiety, or a female-focused on Somatic Techniques like breathwork for Registered Nurses experiencing trauma symptoms.

After you meet your Workhorse Health psychotherapist, the psychotherapist assistant follows up with you directly to ensure you are pleased with the fit. In practice, we have found that developing rapport with the psychotherapist during sessions one to three is essential for a successful outcome.

Psychotherapy fees are $210 + HST for most clinicians.

Our company administrators, contractors, and directors continue to learn about your work culture from organizational psychology specialists, experts with industry knowledge, and you, our client.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST
